Having carefully reviewed the record and procedures of the trial court and the North Central Jurisdictional Court of Appeals; and having studied the brief of the defendant/appellant and the response of the Southern Illinois Conference; and having listened to oral arguments on April 21, 1983 (by the Rev. Earl Black and Attorney Guy M. Lahr representing the Rev. Joseph C. Evers, and Dr. Boyd Wagner, representing the Southern Illinois Conference and Dr. Willie Clay, representing the North Central Court of Appeals); we affirm the decision of the Court of Appeals rendered May 27, 1982.
