Following each regular General Conference, the General Council on Finance and Administration (GCFA) produces a Financial Commitment Book detailing the quadrennial (four-year) budget of The United Methodist Church. The book is a collaboration of GCFA, the Connectional Table and the other general agencies.
The Financial Commitment Book reflects the will of the general conference and provides all United Methodists with a careful account of how their dollars through tithing and other donations are used to support the connectional ministries of the entire denomination. Readers will see detailed reports on the budget and commitments of each the seven apportioned funds and other denominational spending.
