Filing Deadlines
Deadlines for Submission of Briefs:
- Monday, February 17, 2025: Deadline for electronic filing of Briefs. Must be transmitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time USA [UTC: 18 February 2025, 06:59].
- Thursday, February 27, 2025: Deadline for electronic filing of Reply Briefs. Must be transmitted by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time USA [UTC: 28 February 2025, 06:59].
- Hardcopies must be received no later than Saturday, March 1, 2025 for distribution to Judicial Council members.
