In our 1994 October session we considered a controversy between the parties herein concerning certain unfunded liability under the conference's pension plan. The facts are set forth in Decision 720. In that decision we retained jurisdiction of the matter. The matter again came before the Council as reported in Memorandum 752.
By copy of letter dated October 4, 1995, from the General Board of Pension and Health Benefits to the North Alabama Conference and a copy of letter dated October 11, 1995, from the North Alabama Conference to the General Board of Pension and Health Benefits, the Judicial Council finds that the parties have reached agreement and the dispute resolved as directed in Decision 720.
