At the 1990 session of the Rocky Mountain Annual Conference, Bishop Roy I. Sano was asked to rule on the following question:
Is a minister who has surrendered credentials under  452.3 of the 1988 Discipline entitled to receive the credentials or copies pursuant to  452.2 of the Discipline?

The bishop ruled that the request for the return of credentials or copies could not be granted. Par. 452.3 makes no provision for the return of credentials.

The ruling of the bishop is affirmed.
